Mid 2000's anime fan service + that one Michelangelo quote about the bodies already being in the stone = transitioning

Play as a knight made of fruit with a really hot bod, but such a thing is forbidden!! You must hide your hot bod underneath  layers and layers of clothes and armor to keep yourself safe. But every time you get hurt, your clothes tastefully end up in tatters. Oh no!!! Now how shall you hide your smoking hot bod??? Well... Maybe that's not such a bad thing after all 👀👀👀

All jokes aside, I'm really proud of this game! Enjoy it as you like! Just a classic fantasy romp centered entirely around having a hot body that demands to be seen. The game is a token-based system where you spend tokens to act and regain them through acts of gender euphoria. Think of it like if character customization was the game itself. Have fun!
